We provide this service to those undergoing treatment for curable, serious illnesses, those living with chronic diseases, as well as patients who are nearing the end of life.

Our end of life care workers provide a compassionate, caring service, and can help you and your family through the most difficult days ahead. We have been supporting families throughout Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and the wider community for over 20 years.
