Carers and guardians will often have questions to ask about the services we offer and queries about payment. We always aim to be open and transparent about our services, and are happy to speak to you about dementia care, end of life support or any of the other services we provide.

How can I pay for care?
Can anyone help with the cost?
At Napier Homecare Services we can take card payments over the phone (most major credit/debit cards are accepted). Call us on 01253 403047 to make a payment in this way.
You can also pay by electronic transfer, standing order by cheque or if you prefer by cash. We will send you an invoice showing what is due.
Some people will be entitled to assistance with the cost either from local social care services or by other government grants. You may also apply for direct payments from local social services, this will allow you to be in control of your own budget. You can also set up an individual service plan with us.
Can I change my support package?
What are your office hours?
We understand that living circumstances change and we will be as flexible as you. Our supervisors make regular reviews to ensure you are getting the best out of your package.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Calls made outside of these hours will be routed through to our duty manager, who will be able to help.
